Gelonghui April 30 丨 Shengneng Group (02459ctrps1.HK) announced that the board of directors has received the approval of the company's controlling shareholder, Otauttahi Capital Inc. ("OCI") informed that on April 29 and April 30, 2024, OCI executed transfer instruments to sell 40 million shares and 38 million shares of the company to two transferees respectively, both of whom are companiesctrps1independent third party. Upon the completion of the disposal, OCI's shareholding in the company will be reduced from 73.17% to 65.45%.
