As of the date of this announcement, the audit and evaluation work involved in this transaction has not yet been completed, and the company's board of directors has decided not to hold a general meeting of shareholders to consider the transaction. After the completion of the relevant audit and evaluation work, the company will reconvene the board of directors to review the relevant matters of the transaction, and the board of directors will convene a general meeting of shareholders to consider the above proposal and other proposals related to the transaction.
