[Visionox: Hebei New Display Industry Development Fund plans to reduce capital by 600 million yuan] Securities Times e Company News, Visionox (002387) announced on the evening of May 22 that all partners of Hebei New Display Industry Development Fund (Limited Partnership)(hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Display Fund" or "Industrial Fund") jointly decided to reduce capital of Hebei Display Fund, with a capital reduction amount of 600 million yuan, and allocate the above-mentioned idle funds according to the proportion of each partner's paid-in capital contribution in the partnership. As of now, the company's paid-in capital contribution to Hebei Display Fund is 35.64%, and the paid-in amount is planned to be refunded by this capital reduction of approximately 214 million yuan. After the completion of this capital reduction, the paid-in capital contribution of Hebei Display Fund changed from 10.1 billion yuan to 9.5 billion yuan, and the company's paid-in capital contribution to Hebei Display Fund decreased from 3.6 billion yuan to 3.386 billion yuan.
